The Best in Industrial Innovation: Award Winners
After a rigorous evaluation by a distinguished panel of jurors, the winning startups were selected for their outstanding innovation, scalability, and industry impact. The event culminated in a ceremony honoring the most exceptional innovations and entrepreneurial achievements:
Top Awards:
- First Place – CES Award — Fizix AI
Fizix AI is an end-to-end smart machine health monitoring solution that helps industrial companies predict and prevent equipment failures. Using proprietary IoT sensors, it captures vibration, temperature, ultrasound, and magnetic data at 100,000 points per second and transforms it into actionable insights. With clients like SASA and over 150 global customers, Fizix operates with a near-zero churn rate. It offers a hybrid business model combining hardware sales, software licenses, and annual service contracts. By reducing downtime and increasing energy efficiency, Fizix plays a key role in driving industrial productivity and sustainability.

- Second Place — Carbon Gate
Carbon Gate is a carbon accounting and sustainability platform that helps companies measure, report, and reduce emissions in compliance with the EU’s Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (C-BAM). With seamless ERP and e-invoice integrations, it generates real-time, audit-ready reports. Operating on a subscription model, the company serves over 120 customers across 15 industries, including major corporates like Turkcell and TEB. In just 18 months, Carbon Gate has proven the market need for precise, scalable decarbonization tools for the new era of regulatory pressure.

- Third Place — Simularge
Simularge develops digital twin software to optimize manufacturing processes by combining engineering science and data analytics. By integrating sensor and PLC data, it delivers real-time insights that help reduce material waste, energy consumption, and cycle time. Proven in production lines at Beko and Vestel, Simularge’s solution helped generate annual savings of €2M. The platform supports both cloud and on-premise installations and offers rapid deployment within days, making it a scalable tool for efficiency-driven industrial leaders.

Paid POC Awards:
Navlandis is tackling one of logistics’ biggest inefficiencies—empty container transport—by developing foldable shipping containers. With 25% of global containers shipped empty, this issue costs $20 billion and 200 million tons of CO₂ annually. Navlandis’ C-Fold container reduces transport volume by 80%, cutting emissions and costs. Its innovative “pay-as-you-save” business model allows clients to pay based on the actual savings achieved, aligning incentives and accelerating adoption in a $12 billion market.

TheyeQ automates visual inspection in manufacturing by replacing manual quality checks with AI-powered systems. Using thermal and polarimetric imaging, it can detect defects, missing parts, or incorrect assembly in milliseconds with over 99% accuracy. The system is plug-and-play, requires no operator, and is already in use by OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers across Europe, helping reduce scrap, rework, and human error.

Inovako is a Vision AI startup offering AI-powered quality control systems for industrial production lines. Its no-code platform “Deepmaster” enables fast deployment across sectors like automotive, electronics, and food. Applications range from glossy surface inspection to glass quality checks. Trusted by major manufacturers such as FIAT and Celantex, Inovako is backed by leading European initiatives like EIT Manufacturing.

EIT Manufacturing Awards:
- Access2Tech Award — Helios
Helios develops metal-organic framework (MOF) materials for capturing CO₂ emissions in heavy industry sectors like cement, iron & steel, and aluminum. Their systems offer sector-specific customization and use magnetic fields to reduce regeneration energy by up to 20%. As one of Türkiye’s first advanced material-based carbon capture solutions, Helios addresses a critical gap in industrial decarbonization.

Niki Kousi, Managing Director at EIT Manufacturing South East – Gizem Uysal, Founder at Helios
- Access2Market Award — Lumos Laser
Lumos Laser is a deep tech startup transforming precision manufacturing with its ultrafast femtosecond laser systems. Its proprietary “Coolburst” technology delivers 15x faster performance in a compact form. The company has already sold systems to universities and is conducting pilot projects in niche applications like automotive glass coating removal and smart intraocular lens manufacturing. Lumos offers breakthrough capabilities for next-generation micromachining.

Niki Kousi, Managing Director at EIT Manufacturing South East – Altan Yıldırım, CEO at Lumos Laser
