Saykal Electronics, a deep-tech company specializing in radar sensors and power electronics for the mobility sector, has raised $4 million in a funding round managed by Fark Labs. The round was led by İş Asset Management’s Renewable Energy Technologies Venture Capital Investment Fund.
Additional investors included Fark Holding, APY Ventures (via Bilişim Vadisi GSYF and T3 GSYF), Anadolu Isuzu, RePie Portföy, and Empa Elektronik A.Ş.
Fark Labs Led the Deal Structuring and Investor Syndication
As the deal manager, Fark Labs played a central role in designing and executing the round—structuring the investment and aligning a syndicate of strategic investors who share Saykal’s vision for deep-tech innovation in mobility.
Saykal is also a portfolio company of Fark Labs, benefiting from growth services and international business development support. The company works closely with Fark Labs’ U.S. team and regularly showcases its technologies at global events such as CES and the Detroit Auto Show.
